Dynamic Stretching Warm up and Workout
 

These drills should be done sideline to sideline to ensure that a player is warmed up before starting their workout. They focus on three core areas: agility, balance, and explosion.

1. 75% Jog

3. High Knees

4. Bunny Hops

5. Broad Jumps

6. Lunges

7. Walking Leg Raises

8. Defensive Stance Step Slides

9. 1 Foot Quick Jumps

10. Sprint Jumps

11. Foot fire explode

12. Change Speeds Running
