Sideling Hill Basketball Camp will provide each camper the best training, facility, and staff for their improvement. This will be done emphasizing the fundamentals of the game of basketball. The camp will be directed by Randy Meck and Billy Clapper.

He is entering his 1st season as the head boys basketball coach at Chesnut Ridge High School. He was the head boys basketball coach  for five seasons at Forbes Road High School prior to his appointment at CRHS. He also is the head coach of the Laurel Highlands Region for the Keystone State Games and lead his team to the Bronze Medal in 2006. He is a 1998 graduate of Tussey Mountain High School where he was a four year letter winner and 1,000 point scorer.

He is a former college basketball player at Youngstown State University and has since went on to coach in the college ranks. He began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Penn State-Altoona in 2005-2006. He then moved on to Indiana State for one season before becoming the assistant men's basketball coach at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown.  This is 9th year as a basketball camp instructor.

Camp Cost

 

$45.00 per camper for the three day session or $40.00 when you sign up with a friend or sibling
